Recommended daily dose: Take 1 scoop (12.5 g) with 3–5 dl of water or beverage of choice.

HydraUP:
Recommended dosage: Mix 1 scoop with 3–4 dl of water 30–45 minutes before a workout or first thing in the morning.
Number of servings: 30.
