N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) is a precursor to glutathione — meaning the body uses NAC to produce its own glutathione. With 1200mg per day (6 capsules), VitalUP is in the upper range of what is used in clinical studies. NAC also supports respiratory health and has powerful antioxidant properties.

Regular curcumin has very low bioavailability — the body absorbs only a small amount. CurcuPrime® is tetrahydrocurcumin (THC), an active metabolite of curcumin that is water-soluble and up to 250 times more bioavailable. It provides more powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects without the need for fat or piperine for absorption.

Artichoke (Cynara scolymus) has been used for centuries to support liver health. The active substance cynarin stimulates bile production, which helps the liver break down fats and eliminate waste products. VitalUP contains 600mg of standardized extract (5% cynarin) per day — a clinically relevant dose.

Astragalus membranaceus is an adaptogenic herb with a long history in traditional medicine. It supports the immune system, has antioxidant properties, and can contribute to kidney health. VitalUP uses a 10:1 extract (1500mg/day), which corresponds to 15g of dried root — a concentrated and effective dose.

The recommended dose is 3 capsules in the morning and/or 3 capsules in the evening (a total of 6 capsules/day for the full dose). You can start with 3 capsules/day and increase to 6 if you want maximum effect. Take with a glass of water and preferably in connection with a meal for best tolerance.
